We developed Sun Rock Property Management because we felt that a good property manager shouldn’t be hard to find. Our quick success confirmed that there was a substantial need for a property manager that could be trusted to look after a property like it was their own.
As real estate investors, we went through five different property management companies in five years.
We were discouraged every time the smaller than expected check came in the mail. Maintenance, advertising and vacancies eliminated our cash flow. We felt as though we needed to do the property managers’ job for them.
This wasn’t how we envisioned our lives as real estate investors. We got into real estate to have freedom and create a passive income. There had to be a better way.
After firing our fifth property manager, we began managing the properties ourselves. Eventually, our properties were cash flowing and other investors asked us to manage their properties.
Sun Rock Property Management was born.
We love the Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton & Sarasota areas and truly enjoy the Florida lifestyle. We are very happy to service properties in these communities.
